Welcome to the Palmdale High School Athletics. At this time all Sport Schedules are subject to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  For conditioning and practice schedules please contact your coach for further details on times and dates.  In addition, sports will begin conditioning in Phases. Phases will consist of 3 stages (please see the stages at the end of this message). Also, please note that all student athletes must be cleared through the Athletic Office prior to participating in any on campus conditioning. Palmdale High School and NFHS Network are happy to offer live streams of home games played in our stadium, Reiwer Field, and our gymnasium, Phelps Fieldhouse. Sports such as Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling, and Track and Field, will be streamed. *Athletic packets are also located near the front office door in a hanging file folder.

*Physical needs to be returned to the Athletic Office once they have been filled out by parent/guardian and a doctor.

Three Phase Return to Athletics and Activities Guidelines:

Phase 1
  • All coaches and students are given a Pre-workout screening prior to workout
  • No gathering of more than 10 students at a time. Workouts conducted in “pods” of students with the same 5-10 students always working out together
  • All workouts conducted outside
  • Locker rooms will not be utilized
  • There must be a minimum distance of six feet between each individual at all times
  • Student bring their own water bottle(s)
Phase 2
  • Pre-workout screening
  • No gathering of more than 10 students at a time inside. Up to 50 students may gather outside for workouts
  • Locker rooms may be used if there is a minimum distance of six feet between each individual at all times
  • Workouts conducted in “pods” of students with the same 5-10 students always working out together
  • Student bring their own water bottle(s)
Phase 3
  • Gatherings of up to 50 students are allowed indoors and outdoors
  • Students and coaches should maintain a minimum distance of three feet when not directly participating in practice or games

Athletic clearances, including physicals, are still required in order for student athletes to participate in any school workouts.
