We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust our technology support structure to provide the best support possible during these unprecedented times. Tech support hours are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, on school days (Monday - Friday). No support is available on weekends and holidays. Below are several options depending on the support needed. 

Requesting A School Chromebook and/or Hotspot

If a student needs a Chromebook and/or a Hotspot to remotely attend their classes, please CLICK HERE and complete the Contact Us form. Parents, make sure you include the name of your student and their AVUHSD Student ID number. If you prefer us to contact you by phone, please include your phone number. If no phone number is provided, we will contact you via email. Equipment will be checked out on a first come, first serve basis.

Chromebook or Hotspot Issues

If you are experiencing issues with a school provided Chromebook or Hotspot, send an email or text message* to or call (661) 456-4868. If a technician is not available to answer the call, please leave a voicemail and include the student's name or ID number, a description of the issue you are experiencing, and a phone number. All effort will be made to answers emails and return calls within a few hours during the day.

PowerSchool Access - Parents and Students


When students are enrolled, PowerSchool login information for both the student and the parent are provided by the counseling department. If you are unable to locate your PowerSchool login information, you can contact the counselor department (CLICK HERE for contact information), Mrs. Brisco ( X401, or Mr. Ku ( at X808.

Google Account Access

All students have a Google Account for email, class assignments, and other services. During enrollment your student was provided with this information. If you do not have your Google account information or you are unable to login to your Google account, send an email or text message* to to request a password reset. Please include the student's name and ID number. If you are emailing from an email address not on record in PowerSchool then you must include the student's date of birth for verification. NO INFORMATION WILL BE SENT WITHOUT VERIFICATION. If you are unable to email us, then call (661) 273-3181, ext. 401, 808, 169, or 168. One of our support staff will assist you with Google account.
